It’s entirely up to you - a deposit isn’t required upfront. But you can choose to pay one if it suits you. Paying an upfront deposit could reduce your monthly repayments. This is something you can decide at the application stage.

Once you have your treatment plan and want to submit your application, our finance provider, Novuna, will do a soft search before you take out your loan. This means you can check your eligibility for credit with no impact on your credit score.

How do I sign up for patient finance?
Once you have agreed your treatment plan and cost with your clinician, you’ll have the option to apply for finance.
A member of the reception team will ask for your email address and send you a link to a simple application form to complete. If you’re eligible for finance, you can use it to help pay for your treatment. A decision is made very quickly, and you could be booking your treatment in no time.
